European Economic Area, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR)
Our legal bases for processing your personal data include performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, and your consent. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Stripe, Google (Firebase), and Airtable all support GDPR-compliant data processing — ensure Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are in place with each vendor.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI DSS certified. Application and user data is stored on Firebase, which implements Google's enterprise-grade security infrastructure. Structured data is managed via Airtable, which employs encryption at rest and in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where Stripe, Google, and Airtable infrastructure is primarily operated. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure your data is adequately protected.
