Passive and fast. When an Employer identifies a match, they command the AI to reveal you. Your contact info is unmasked instantly so they can reach out via email or phone.
We enforce a best effort protocol. Employers must declare their organization, and we suppress their current employees. Caution: This relies on text matching; misspellings or naming variations may occasionally bypass the shield.

Scout ($99) is for volume hiring (roles under $200k). Partner ($299) unlocks the Executive Tier (over $200k) and advanced stats like attrition risk and behavioral analysis.
One credit equals one complex action. Every time you run a fresh query, synthesize a Decision Report, or reveal a candidate, one credit is consumed.
We use an identity shield architecture. The search engine indexes your merit and skills, but your PII (name, email, photo) remains dark until a reveal command is issued.
