1. Introduction & Active Consent

Revealed Works ("Revealed") provides a private hiring platform driven by artificial intelligence. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Notice to Talent: By interacting with the Profile Builder (e.g., uploading a resume or issuing chat commands), you explicitly consent to the processing of your data as described below. If you do not agree, do not engage the AI.

2. Privacy & The Identity Shield

2.1 No Ad Sales. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers. Our revenue is derived strictly from Employer subscriptions.

2.2 Bias-Free Search. Talent profiles are displayed in search results in an anonymized format. PII (Personally Identifiable Information) is hidden to ensure initial screening is based solely on merit.

2.3 The "Unmasking" Protocol. Your identity and contact details are unmasked only when an Employer explicitly commands the system to "Reveal" your profile for the purpose of recruitment. You acknowledge that this action does not require a secondary confirmation from you.

3. AI & Proprietary Metrics

3.1 Large Language Models. We utilize LLMs to synthesize data. You acknowledge that AI models may occasionally misinterpret context ("hallucinations"). It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your profile data.

3.2 Compatibility Scores. The "Compatibility Score" is a proprietary probabilistic metric generated by our AI. It is an informational tool for sorting and does not constitute a guarantee of employment or a psychological assessment.

4. Account Control

You retain ownership of your data. You may Create, Read, Update, or Delete (CRUD) your information via:

  • The Profile Builder: Natural language commands (e.g., "Delete my account," "Update salary") constitute binding instructions executed via automated webhooks.
  • Email Override: If you lose access to the interface, you may request deletion by emailing hello@revealedworks.com.

5. User Conduct

5.1 Truthfulness. You agree to provide accurate career and salary history. Falsifying data disrupts the ecosystem and is grounds for immediate ban.

5.2 Platform Integrity. Employers are prohibited from scraping data or using the platform to solicit Talent for services outside of direct employment.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as-is." Revealed is not liable for hiring outcomes, missed opportunities, or system interruptions.
